Class Description

This interactive one-day workshop equips middle management municipal employees with practical tools to strengthen their leadership and management skills.

Using real-world scenarios drawn from public service, participants will explore how to handle competing priorities, build trust through delegation, navigate team conflict, and hold tough performance conversations. Through guided discussion, role-play, and peer learning, attendees will walk away with new strategies to lead effectively in today’s complex municipal environment.
