Class Description

Creating a team environment where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and be fully themselves is essential for building engagement, innovation, and high performance. This highly interactive workshop equips leaders and team members with the skills to build trust and establish psychological safety through presence, listening, empathy, and consistent leadership behavior. 

Participants will explore the foundations of trust, assess the current level of psychological safety in their team, and practice key behaviors that build connection and accountability. Midway through the session, we engage in the popular "You Did Nothing, Just Listened" module — a deep listening practice that transforms how participants connect with each other and lead conversations. 

This session is ideal for professionals who are looking to strengthen their leadership impact, foster inclusive and resilient teams, and cultivate a culture where people feel valued and empowered.

Define trust and psychological safety in a team context 

• Assess individual and team behaviors that foster or inhibit safety and trust
