The changing landscape of the 21st Century workplace makes it evident that we must learn how to interact with people in new and different ways. Emotionally intelligent leaders enhance employee performance, commitment and organizational culture.
This course includes a deep dive into Daniel Goleman's 4 domains and 12 competencies of Emotional Intelligence. You'll learn the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace and how it can have a positive impact on culture. In addition, you'll complete a self-assessment to evaluate your own emotional intelligence and learn strategies to enhance or improve your emotional intelligence. When you know where you are and have the strategies to improve, you'll set yourself up for success!
This class is a great class for leaders at all levels as well and emerging and aspiring leaders!
