Class Description

Leadership isn’t defined by a title—it’s a mindset and a way of showing up in all areas of life. Whether you're a parent, educator, professional, or entrepreneur, you lead every day through your actions, energy, and influence.

This course introduces the concept of Energy Leadership—the ability to consciously shift your energy to improve how you lead yourself and others. Before we can effectively lead or manage others, we must first understand the energy we bring, how we show up, and the impact we have.

Through interactive, hands-on learning, participants will develop the skills and strategies needed to elevate performance, communication, and connection—personally and professionally—by harnessing the power of core energy.

Objectives:

Participants will:

  • Revisit the foundations of self-leadership and define their personal leadership style
  • Identify internal and external factors that support or hinder leadership success
  • Explore the seven levels of energy and how they influence behavior and outcomes
  • Practice techniques to shift energy for greater effectiveness and impact
  • Develop a personalized roadmap to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose

Target Audience: Supervisors, managers, and leaders.
