Imposter Syndrome is the feeling where we feel that we don’t deserve the position of responsibility that we have. Often find it difficult to take pride in our achievements and have the feeling that we are a ‘fraud’. This one hour webinar support new managers aspiring leaders, and anyone who struggles with feelings of inadequacy. It will help you identify and address negative thought and behavior patterns that undermine your confidence, and help you to develop your own leadership style and behaviors. You will be able to recognize negative behaviors, anxiety, and will be able to flip the switch on negative thoughts. Attendees will be provided with the tools and techniques needed to become more confident.
