Class Description

This session will demonstrate how agency users can effectively use PASSPort financial tools to adjust or modify financial information when needed. Topics will include invoice deductions, correcting advance overpayments, applying retainage overrides, modifying allowance lines, and properly de-encumbering from PASSPort.

Key areas we plan to cover:

• Invoice payment adjustments and releases
• Deductions
• Retainage overrides
• Adjusting contract financials for increased allowances
• Correcting overpayments on invoice lines and advances
• Addressing under-recoupments

Target audience: PASSPort financial users provisioned as CFOs/Financial Contributors, Financial Managers, Invoice Managers, Invoice Approvers, and Payment Approvers.
