Class Description

All public servants are required to undergo training in Chapter 68 of the City Charter, the City’s Conflicts of Interest Law once every two years. This hour-long virtual session, led by staff of the Conflicts of Interest Board (COIB) provides that mandated training. Topics to be covered include outside employment, gifts, political activities, and post-City employment.

Target Audience: All City employees

There is no cost to employees; the agency covers the cost of participation for their employees.
